Free testing of Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis now at LP3

Photo of the FIDA bio equipment

LP3 now has a demo unit of Fidabio (Fida Neo instrument) for Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis for protein sample quality, which is available for evaluation purposes the next 3 months. The analysis of sample gives an indication of the protein's health, oligomeric state/complex formation, if its monodisperse or aggregated and buffer compatibility etc.

If you have any sample that you would like to know more about, please reach out to Céleste Sele at LP3. For sample analysis we need 10 to 12 µL of sample and about 200 µL of the buffer you want to analyze in. Depending on the sample, each run can take from a few minutes to several hours.

The analysis will be free of charge until further notice and you get the full result ownership.

If you want to know more about FIDA please visit their webpage (external)

Please do not hesitate to bring in your samples as it will tell us more about the data usefulness from the analysis and the interest in the equipment!
